The Wonders of the Upside down House
By : Abd Mudeffar
Have you tried doing a headstand? If you have, then you know how dizzy you can be after a few minutes of seeing things upside down. But what if the house you are in is actually turned upside down? If you want to experience this, better visit the Upside down house in Szymbark, Poland. It was made by Daniel Czapiewski, and this was really meant to entertain people so it is open for the public. But since this is not the only upside down structure in the world, he and his company didn’t thought that it would attract so many people. However, they were surprised when thousands of people came to visit it.
According to those who have been inside the house, they were already dizzy after staying in the house for a few minutes. The interior of the house is also upside down, making you feel like you are the one who’s walking in the ceiling! If you’d walk around more, you’ll soon feel your head light and spinning, so it’s really a thrilling adventure. Its odd structure made it hard for Czapiewski and his workers to finish it fast. Normally, they can work for a few weeks to finish a house but it took them 114 days to finish this one.
A real work of art, this place is worth visiting!
