An Apartment with Style

Apartments are used mostly by students or workers who cannot afford to buy their own house. Usually, these apartments are very small with only 45 square meters as the average area.

The small space makes it almost impossible to put style into the apartment. Well, almost is a perfect word to describe it. Mauricio Karam has just recently made the impossible possible by completing the design of a 45 square meter apartment and filling it with class and style.

Known as the Apartment Leopold, the small apartment design consists of a continuous living zone without compromising the privacy of the bedroom, laundry room, and comfort room.

A captivating interior is achieved by using modern furniture and light sources which can illuminate the entire apartment. A modern lounge area and kitchen make up the bulk of the apartment but still leaving space for a dining table which can sit up to eight people.

The living zones are separated by differences in the floor design as opposed to using walls. Still, the combination of the two living zones make the apartment feel bigger than it normally looks. The overall atmosphere felt inside the apartment is space and air. Well, it just goes to show that nothing is impossible.
